Jesús Armando Martínez Gómez, PhD

Faculty of Law, UNIVA, Querétaro. Mexico

Degree in Philosophy, Degree in Law from the Central University of Las Villas, Cuba. Master in Globalization and Law from the University of Girona, Spain, Master in Bioethics from the University of Valencia, Spain. PhD. in Legal Sciences from the University of Havana, Cuba. He works as a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Querétaro (UAQ, in its Spanish acronym), in the San Juan del Río and Amealco Campuses, where he has been the holder of different subjects of the Law Degree. He is a member of the Bioethics Unit and professor of the Master's Degree in Applied Ethics and Bioethics, and of the Specialty in Family, Civil and Commercial Law of the UAQ Law School, and of the Specialty in Research Ethics of the Faculty of Philosophy. He has received various recognitions and awards in the academic area, among which the award of the Ibero-American Ethics Competition "Elena Gil" stands out. He has participated as a referee in Latin American and Cuban magazines. He is the author of 4 books and 57 articles, and has extensive experience as a teacher in postgraduate education.

He directs student research thesis and postgraduate education at the UAQ Law School, at the International University Corporation (Corporativo Internacional Universitario, CIU) of San Juan del Río, and postgraduate education thesis in Pedagogy at the OMI University Research Center of the State of Mexico. In addition to providing advice (remotely) to the thesis of the Master's Degree in Bioethics of the Juan Pablo II Institute of Bioethics in Havana, Cuba.
